The Miraluka were found only in the Expanded Universe, now non-canon, until recently. Marvel released a Mace Windu comic mini-series in August 2017, and in this series, there is a Miraluka Jedi. The comic takes place during the Clone Wars, and this Miraluka is the only one mentioned in the comic.
