We camped at Inverhuron Provincial Park from July 14 – 18th, 2008. This was our first time at this provincial park. We have also camped at Point Farms, Macgregor Point, Port Burwell, and Turkey Point and a few others in the past.

Inverhuron’s days of success came to an abrupt end on April 13, 1882 when fire struck the grain warehouses and the pier. An estimated 30,000 bushels of grain were stored in the warehouses at the time, resulting in a devastating financial loss to the farmers and the county as a whole.
