Can you use Wella 12A as a toner?
Okay so contrary to popular belief, this is not an actual toner, but an additive to make whatever toner you’re using a little cooler. Basically, you still have to use a bottle of Wella toner with it.
Is Wella 12A blue based?
It has a blue base colour, which neutralises (or reduces) any of the unwanted orange brassiness that can happen when the hair lightens. Your end result is a shiny, cool toned frosty ash blonde.
