What happened to Monster Carnival Poptropica?

Monster Carnival Island was the 38th island on Poptropica. It was supposed to be released in 2008, but strangely disappeared from the map. Left incomplete with all the Creators too busy with other projects to get it finished, it was finally completed and brought back 6 years later in February 2014.
