The Managing and Founding Partner of the Dawgs is John Ircandia, a partner in the Calgary office of the national law firm of Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. John played baseball dating back to his childhood in Trail, B.C. and spent several years coaching the Dawgs.

The Dawgs program opened up the opportunity to play college baseball at UBC where I was also able to pursue an engineering degree. As well, I was very fortunate to have the experience of a lifetime playing five summers for the College Dawgs team.
