How do you use MyEdenred?

Paying with the MyEdenred mobile app: Edenred Pay

1. Press the “Create Payment” button and search for the merchant you wish to pay. You can also discover places to use your benefit using MyEdenred’s map.
2. Enter the sum you’d like to pay.
3. Confirm the payment and show the receipt to the cashier.

How do I activate my edenred card?

To activate your PIN based meal card you have to first register yourself on the Customer Online Portal by visiting http://www.edenred.co.in. You will mandatorily be required to generate the POS PIN using a secured OTP process post which your card will be automatically get activated.

How do I reset my edenred pin?

If you want to change your PIN code, you have to go to your personal webspace.

1. Click on “Manage my card and my account”.
2. Next, click on “PIN code” for the card, for which you would like to modify the PIN code.
3. The status of your PIN code will be shown as follows.

I have forgotten my username You can retrieve it via the ‘forgot your email’-button. You only need your Edenred card number and your national registration number.
