Solace + S.Fiends over 3 minutes -> 42% with 6 casts per minute, 39% with 5 casts per minute. Mindbender over 3 minutes is not 39% mana. Instead it is 14.6% (which is 1 mindbender without first haste breakpoint) or 16% (with first mindbender haste breakpoint) per min so it’s around 48% mana.
Should I use PW or Mindbender?
